This website is operated by Jumbo Credit & Thrift Co-operative Society Ltd. ("the Society"). By accessing or using the website you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Website Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Nature of the information
The website provides general information about the Society, its membership, deposit schemes, loan facilities, governance and official documents. The information is drawn from the Society's registered bye-laws, orders of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, the Society's scheme documents and details supplied by the Society. It does not constitute an offer, an invitation to the public to place deposits, financial advice, or a commitment by the Society to admit any person as a member or to sanction any deposit or loan.
3. Members-only services
The Society is a co-operative society registered under the Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 2001. In accordance with its bye-laws it accepts deposits only from its members and lends only to its members. Any account, deposit or loan is governed by the Society's bye-laws, the applicable scheme rules, the lending policy, the terms of the specific instrument and the Act and Rules, all of which prevail over the summaries on this website. Where this website and an official Society document differ, the official document (in its original language) prevails.
4. Accuracy and changes
The Society takes reasonable care to keep the website accurate and current, but scheme terms, interest rates, charges and other particulars may be revised by the Society in accordance with its bye-laws and applicable rules. Please confirm the prevailing terms at the registered office before acting. The Society may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the website for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers or administrative areas; submit false, misleading or abusive content through any form; interfere with the operation or security of the website; or copy, scrape or reproduce the website's content for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Matters concerning the Society's affairs, its members and its business are subject to the Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 2001, the Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003 and the Society's bye-laws, including the dispute-resolution mechanisms provided in that Act.
