How this website handles the information you share with the Society.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Jumbo Credit & Thrift Co-operative Society Ltd. ("the Society", "we") handles information collected through this website. It applies to visitors of the website and to persons who submit an enquiry through it. Records of members — share accounts, deposits and loans — are maintained by the Society at its registered office under the Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 2001, the Rules, 2003 and the Society's bye-laws; they are not processed through this website at present.
2. Information we collect
Enquiry forms
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, mobile number, e-mail address (optional), address (optional), the subject of your interest and your message. We ask you not to enter account numbers, passwords, PINs, Aadhaar or PAN numbers in the form.
Technical information
Our hosting environment keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are not used to profile visitors.
What we do not collect
This website does not use advertising trackers, social-media pixels or third-party analytics. Fonts and scripts are served from the Society's own domain. The website does not collect biometric, financial-account or sensitive personal data.
3. How we use the information
- To respond to your enquiry and to guide you on membership, schemes or services.
- To maintain a record of enquiries received by the Society office.
- To keep the website secure and to investigate misuse.
- To comply with the law and with lawful directions of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies or other authorities.
We do not use enquiry details for marketing unless you have asked us to keep you informed.
4. Sharing
Enquiry details are accessible to the Society's authorised staff and office bearers who handle enquiries. We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, by an order of a court or competent authority, or to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in the course of supervision. Service providers that host this website process data only on the Society's instructions.
5. Retention
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond to and follow up your enquiry, and thereafter as required by the Society's record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
6. Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorised persons. Administrative areas of the website are protected and are not accessible to the public. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we ask you never to send confidential financial details through this website.
7. Your rights
You may ask the Society to confirm what enquiry information it holds about you, to correct it, or to delete it where the Society has no continuing obligation to keep it. Requests and any grievance regarding personal data may be addressed to the Secretary at the registered office, on +91 99280 54064 or by e-mail at admin@jctcsl.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as and when its provisions come into force.
8. Cookie notice
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use tracking technologies. It may set only cookies or browser storage that are strictly necessary for the website to function — for example, to protect forms against abuse — and these are not used to identify you across other websites. Because no non-essential cookies are used, the website does not display a cookie consent banner. If this changes, this notice will be updated and consent will be sought where required.
9. Children
The website is intended for adults. Accounts for minors are opened only at the Society office by a natural guardian in accordance with the scheme rules. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this website.
10. Changes to this policy
The Society may revise this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the website after a revision is published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
